The VCAAA’s Advisory Council meetings are held six times a year, typically on the second Wednesday of the month. Meeting months are January, March, May, July, September, and November. Meetings run from 9 to 11 a.m. Advisory Council meetings are open to the public.

Advisory Council meetings take place at the Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE) Conference and Educational Services Center (5100 Adolfo Road in Camarillo).

As of March 1, 2023, meetings are once again being held in person. The public is invited to join in person or via video conference and may reference the agenda for the link to the online meeting.
